We offer holistic nutrition services through an occupational therapy and trauma-focussed lens, which takes into consideration your values, goals, interests, roles, habits and routines to facilitate meaningful, sustainable improvements in overall health and well-being.

Clinical Supervision

Through the supervision process, there is opportunity for professional self-growth and discovery. I provide support and supervision as you build your skills as a therapist and gaining confidence internally as well as in the therapy room.
